PARENT RESOURCES

As a parent, you play a vital role in your child's soccer journey—cheering from the sidelines, supporting their growth, and being part of a passionate community. Whether you're new to the club or a seasoned soccer parent, we've got everything you need to stay informed and engaged.

  • PlayMetrics

PlayMetrics is EPSC's new all in one registration and communications software platform, which will reduce the applications families use to interact and communicate with our club and teams. By downloading and using the PlayMetrics app on your phone, you can register and communicate with us easily.

  • Volunteering

From August 1 through July 15 each year, EPSC requires families to fulfill one volunteer shift for each player in their family. Failure to fulfill this requirement results in a $200 volunteer fee assessed to the credit card on file for the registered player.

    Important Reminders:

    1. Parent on Duty is considered a team responsibility and does not fulfill the volunteer requirement for EPSC
    2. Volunteer opportunities are posted weekly so stay tuned for an updated list of EPSC's open shifts
    3. Please contact us at volunteer@epsoccerlcub.com if you have any questions or comments.

  • Financial Aid

EPSC is committed to providing a high-quality, affordable youth soccer program. The financial aid program exists to help ensure that players with a financial need have the opportunity to participate in our programs. EPSC aims to offer financial aid to all players who demonstrate need within the financial limits established in the EPSC operating budget for the current year.

Paying the first registration installment, making a payment plan outside of regular installments or applying for financial aid all equate to “Registering to play at EPSC." Anyone who is denied financial aid has the right to apply for a release.

Purpose: To help players continue on with their soccer journey when their family's financial hardship may otherwise prevent them from playing the game.

Financial Aid Award Levels: Assessed by need

Proof of Need: Income category, ability to pay/not pay

Confidentiality: All personal information is kept private and confidential

    Deadline for Applications: Ongoing

To apply for financial aid, head to the club program tab in your child's PlayMetrics account.
