Goalkeeping training at this age is incorporated into team trainings led by the team coach. All players should be rotating through the position, as well as playing on the field at this age.

• Properly distribute the ball
• Positioning in goal
• Communication

• Master catching/ball handling
• Master diving technique and feel comfortable with it
• Gain more confidence in communication
• Properly distribute the ball
• Recognize positioning within goal
• Learn how to read the game and help direct teammates

• At this age, it is our hope that the keepers know the ins and outs of the position
• Keepers will continue to repetitively work on the fundamentals of the position to continue to grow
• They will have higher intensity, game-like, training to help push them to their full potential.
